El Dorado Hotel
This hotel, built in 1913, is located adjacent to the Old
Bank District on Spring Street and will be renovated and re-positioned

Old Bank District Project
This is a 230 unit loft housing and retail development in
the historic part of Downtown Los Angeles located on 4th Street
between Main and Spring Streets.
Rowan Building
Part of the Old Bank District located at 5th and Spring Streets
in Downtown Los Angeles; this 1911 building will be converted
to 209 loft apartments. (see www.rowan-lofts.com)
Saint Vibiana's Cathedral
This former seat of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles is currently
under a long-term development plan with future uses including
performance spaces, a restaurant and housing. It is already
home to the branch library for Little Tokyo. Built in 1876,
the cathedral held 1000 people, which at that time was a tenth
of the population of Los Angeles.
Regent Theatre
This former movie house is currently being converted into
a 400 seat live music venue. The building will also house
a new Tex/Mex restaurant and mezzanine level private club.
